Shipping ~

  • When will my order arrive?
    It depends on the shipping company, generally it takes 3 to 5 days once the package is received in deposit.
  • What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
    If insurance was added to you, you should contact the company as quickly as possible so that the loss or damage claim process can be started. We can’t warranty that your money will be returned to you, every currier company has its own insurance policy.
  • How long does the damage or loss claim process take?
    From 60 to 90 business days.
  • How much does the insurance cost?
    Varies based on the total cost of the order.
  • About free shipping:
    People who apply for other promotions or discounts are excluded from this benefit.

Fullfilment ~

  • Due to the high volume of orders, the completion of the packaging will take from 2 to 10 business days.
  • Each of the products will be packed individually.
  • Each product will be put in a custom standard size box.
  • The packaging process will be recorded on security cameras, in real-time video, to be used as evidence that the requested products have been shipped correctly and safely, as requested in the purchase order.
  • All boxes will be sealed with custom packaging that guarantees

  • packaging and shipping responsibility to each of its buyers. If the packaging is found to be broken or different from the characteristic packaging of the company, Body Wax Distributors Corp. will not be responsible for damage or loss of the products.
